| QSL Karte von Lao National Radio. Date: 27.08.89, Time: 11:00 - 11:30 UTC. 15420 kHz, Station: Vientiane. Ob es wirklich die Station Vientiane war weiß ich nicht genau. Es wurde gemunkelt das die Station wohl in der UdSSR stand. Die QSL kam am 20.12.1989 bei mir an. Nur die blanke QSL abgeschickt in Paris/Frankreich kam bei mir an. | 6130, Lao National Radio sent an electronic reply to a postal follow up asking for future reports in 126 days from Inpanh Satchaphansy, Head of External Relations promising a postal reply after returning home after attending a workshop in Thailand. I put the e-mail reply aside for over two years while waiting for the postal reply that I am still waiting for, hi! My verie signer is now the Director of Internet Services so I am not sure who should get reports now at LNR.
