It's not clear what connection he has with the station, so this may be proxy, but he says he is registered listener CE3-016 in the Federation of Amateur Radio Clubs. Follow-up for those who published the previous item about proxy QSLs for R. Esperanza. 6089v : in a subsequent letter, Saul Vergara Valenzuela asks the address be changed to P.O. I received a no-data personal letter in Portugues from what looks like Gao Shizhong, along with 2 photo cards, 2 stickers, and 2 issues of "Fanzine da CRI" which appears to be the Portugues equivalent of the English-language "Messenger". I have friends who can translate correspondence in many Asian languages, but for European languages I use Google`s free translation service. Fortunately, by using the Portuguese diacritical markings [which Google makes very handy], the translated body of this letter makes sense.
